Rose Farrales

Coach Rose began studying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2008 under Coach Kirby. A student athlete throughout her childhood, she grew up in Virginia, where she was a two-time All-American cheerleader and even cheered at the NFL Pro Bowl twice. Coach Rose took to Jiu-Jitsu rather quickly, finding a tremendous amount of success in competition on her way to earning her Blue Belt.
Today, Coach Rose assists with our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program. Her warm and inviting disposition makes her a favorite among many of our young students, especially our young women. Outside of Jiu-Jitsu, she also coaches for Cherry Hill’s youth wrestling club - Westside Wrestling, and is an avid Yoga practitioner.
