Master Roberto Godoi received his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 1996. A black belt under Waldomiro Perez, his lineage can be traced back to the legendary Rickson Gracie. In his time as a black belt, he has been a dominant force in competition.

Founded by Master Roberto Godoi, G13 BJJ is one of the largest teams in Brazil, and we are proud to be the first G13 affiliate in North America. With Master Godoi at the helm, G13 USA HQ is scheduled to break ground in Raleigh, NC soon, giving us even greater access to the patriarch of our association and the source of our Jiu-Jitsu.
