Master Brad Daddis is a Philadelphia Mixed Martial Arts pioneer, a San Shou Kickboxing Champion, and retired MMA fighter. Among his many certifications in Muay Thai, he was the only Fairtex certified Muay Thai Kru in the region. In 2008, Master Brad received his Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and later his subsequent degrees, from Jared Weiner of BJJ United.

Daddis Fight Camps (DFC) was founded in 2000, becoming the first true Mixed Martial Arts academy in the greater Philadelphia area. Before DFC, getting high level Muay Thai instruction as well as high level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction was only as possible as your willingness to travel. With locations in Philadelphia, Cherry Hill, and Hamilton, DFC made becoming a real mixed martial artist possible. DFC's infamous fight team spawned some of the toughest fighters to come out of the tristate area, with championship titles under numerous promotions.

Daddis Fight Camps and Master Brad Daddis himself were a veritable wellspring of Mixed Martial Arts knowledge, and are the genesis for many of the area's top Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Mixed Martial Arts academies. As we forge ahead creating our own legacy, Beacon Mixed Martial Arts continues to proudly fly the Daddis Fight Camps flag in honor of the man who helped put Philadelphia MMA on the map.
